Last reviewed October 16, 2026

Kavelight LLC wants everyone to be able to read and use kavelight.com. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. If something here is hard for you to use, email support@kavelight.com and we will reply within 5 business days.

1. What this statement covers

This website, kavelight.com: the home page with its pricing, FAQ, sign-up and support forms, and the pages at /ai, /terms, /privacy, /security, /preorder-complete and this one.

The KaveLight Mac app is a 3D tool. Parts of it, such as the viewport and the Camera Monitor, are visual by nature, and its support for screen readers is still limited. If you rely on assistive technology and want to use the app, tell us what you need; it shapes what we build next.

2. What we have done

  • The pages are written in semantic HTML with a skip link, one main heading per page, and landmarks for the navigation, the main content and the footer.
  • Everything works from the keyboard: the menu, the workflow tabs, the FAQ, the image and video dialogs, the pricing section and the sign-up and support forms. Focus is visible on every control, and a dialog returns focus to where you were when it closes.
  • Text and interface colours meet the Level AA contrast ratios (reviewed October 2026).
  • Every image has a text alternative. The demo recordings are silent screen captures; each carries a written description for screen readers and has a pause control.
  • Autoplaying recordings and the auto-advancing workflow tour can be paused, and the page’s motion follows your system’s Reduce Motion setting.
  • Form fields are labelled, required fields are stated, and errors are announced and described next to the field they belong to.
  • The whole page is delivered as rendered HTML, so it can be read without JavaScript.

3. Known limitations

  • The demo recordings have no captions or audio description because they contain no speech or sound; their text descriptions stand in for both.
  • Sign-in, checkout and subscription management run on pages operated by Clerk and Stripe. We do not control those pages; if you run into a problem there, tell us and we will raise it with them.

4. How we check

We review colour contrast with automated tools and go through the whole site by keyboard before each release, and we are adding screen-reader testing to that routine. This statement is reviewed whenever the site changes in a way that affects it.

5. Tell us

Email support@kavelight.com or use Support on the home page. Say which page, what happened, and which browser and assistive technology you use. We reply within 5 business days, and if we cannot fix a page quickly we will give you its content in another form.
